• Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx with a flat rate fee of $12.95. Delivery occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they may be affected by factors beyond our control.

6. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange process within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items:

Return Conditions:

Return Process:

Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 7-10 business days after processing
• PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns not due to our error.

Exchanges:

We happily exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please follow the return process and clearly state your desire for an exchange in your initial email.

International Returns:
