At Maisonkitsune Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your item for any reason, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receipt.

Eligibility Period

You may return or exchange items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Eyewear (due to personal fitting and hygiene considerations)
  • Hats (for hygiene reasons)

Please ensure these items are exactly what you want before purchasing, as we cannot accept returns for these products.

Condition of Returns

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

  1. Submit a Return Request: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
  2. Receive Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging if possible.
  4. Ship Your Return: Mail the package to our returns center at:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
  5. Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will arrange a prepaid return label.

Refund Timeline and Method

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 7-10 business days after processing (depending on your bank’s policies)
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable for returns that are not due to our error.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Follow the same return process above and indicate that you would like an exchange. We will ship the replacement item once we receive your return.

International Returns

As we ship globally (excluding Asia and some remote areas), international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with returns. These costs are non-refundable.
